Right of Withdrawal Information

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bierothek Marketplace GmbH, An der Spinnerei 3, 96047 Bamberg, Germany, Tel.: +49 800243768435, Email: info@bierothek.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website Model_Withdrawal_Form.pdf. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the performance of the service. Accordingly, a right of withdrawal is also excluded for contracts concerning the sale of tickets for time-bound leisure events.
